When a customer creates a form, the customer normally decides the purposes and content of that collection. For that customer content, Digital Portal generally provides the technical infrastructure as a processor under the applicable agreement.

The service may process identity and contact details, authentication and security events, commercial and billing records, technical browser information, and customer content such as forms, responses, uploaded files, and metadata. Processing supports account administration, platform delivery, support, security, abuse prevention, audit, billing, legal obligations, and permitted communications.
Safeguards, recipients, and retention
Digital Portal applies proportionate access controls, encrypted traffic, security logging, role separation, and operational reviews. Necessary providers may support hosting, authentication, email, monitoring, payments, accounting, or legal services under appropriate obligations. Retention depends on the relationship, organisation settings, contracts, backups, and applicable law.
Your choices and rights
Depending on the processing and applicable law, people may request information, access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability, or objection, and may withdraw consent where consent is the legal basis.
